ISMM Endorsed Courses
The main objective of the ISMM is to promote standards of excellence and ethics in sales and to raise the status of sales as a profession.
ISMM endorsement is the benchmark for recognising high quality sales training programmes. Supported by the ISMM's quality assurance system, endorsement confirms that your training programme(s) are well designed and are delivered to consistent, high standards.
Not all training leads to a recognised qualification. ISMM-endorsed programmes are an alternative to fully-fledged qualifications.
Becoming a Certified Training Provider (CTP) delivering endorsed courses is straightforward. Download the three documents on this page, read through them and complete the application form. Send it to us with the evidence we need. We'll confirm that you and your course(s) meet our endorsement criteria and then invoice you. On payment of the invoice, you will be able to deliver ISMM-endorsed courses to your delegates.
Your centre and your programme(s) will also be advertised for free on the ISMM website.
